The SAVA HI Register is a publicly accessible database that contains the following data:

• Home Inspector's name
• Home Inspector's registration number
• Home Inspector's registration status

There are four possible registration status entries:

• Active (the normal status for an operating Home Inspector)
• Suspended (when a disciplinary panel has suspended a Home Inspector)
• Withdrawn (when a Home Inspector has voluntarily withdrawn)
• Inactive (when the Home Inspector is temporarily and voluntarily inactive for up to one year)
